The number one dream killer you need to get rid of
Everyday we are bombarded with negative messages in the media and sometimes a crazy amount of negative people. When we go through our day it makes it hard for us to believe in keeping our dreams and actively working toward or dreams.
But the real enemy, the real dream killer is limiting beliefs.
Our mind can sometimes be our best friend or our west enemy, even more so than negative people. Our worst enemy is the things we believe in. We are telling ourselves a story that keeps us stuck in the same day in day out belief.
Do you find yourself saying these things?
I’m not good enough to write a book.
I’m not pretty enough to make videos.
I don’t have enough time to work on my content today.
I can’t keep up with my blog.
I don’t think I can change my life, things are too hard.
If you find yourself saying these things it’s because you don’t believe in your ability to figure it out or to change the habits to get what you want. And changing your beliefs is what you need to create a life worth living. You have to change the story you are telling yourself to one that will empower you in a very strategic way.
Don’t you deserve to live everyday happy, free and confident?
Don’t you deserve to work toward your dreams?
Don’t you deserve to have the time you want to do what you want?
Of course you do.
It’s time to change what you are saying to yourself and to start doing this. Anytime you find yourself uttering a negative belief, stop yourself. Then start saying the following:
I no longer have the limiting belief of___________________________________________________, and I believe that I can take the next action to get what I deserve.
There is no quick fix. You actually have to do the work. If you don’t do the work you don’t get the change. It’s as simple as that. I can’t do the work for you. Your sister, mother, aunt, best friend can’t do the work for you. It’s up to you.
If you really want to change how you live then you have to take the leap of faith and change your habits. If you start today then the change begins today. If you start tomorrow you are reinforcing that you really don’t want to change.
You have to take the steps daily. You can’t keep skipping out on the moments in your life hoping that something will miraculously come into your life and give you the super power you need to get what you want without the effort. It takes work, and you are the on that has to give the effort.
So are you ready? If you are really committed to making change then toss the limiting beliefs in the trash, and let’s begin. It’s time for a new story.
So first thing here’s what you do…
Write out your limiting beliefs.
I no longer believe________________________________________________, and I believe that I can take the next action to get what I deserve.
Whatever the limiting beliefs are, get rid of them by writing them down and then literally thrown them in the trash. This will help you reinforce to yourself that you no longer need it in your life and can literally toss it away.
Every time you start having one of your limiting beliefs then you need to visualize tossing it in the trash and replace it with your new positive belief, your new story. Got it?
This action has literally increased my happiness, my finances, my goals, my dreams and my habits. I used to believe that I didn’t have time to write a book. I thought, what could I say that could possibly help people? And when would I find the time to actually write the book anyway. I’m so busy. I have all these things to do: bills, errands, running my companies, what ever.
But the reality was I had some story in my mind that kept me back from doing what I wanted. And when I realized I could reframe my mind and just start the thing despite the fear I jumped in and decided to do it.
And then I realized that there were a lot of people who were in a similar situation as mine and I could write about that. I knew I wanted to write a book but I kept telling myself, I can start tomorrow, I don’t have time today.
And then the next day would come and not one word was written on the page. And then another day would pass and still nothing was written. And that’s when I knew, I had to stop doing what I was doing and get serious about my life. And procrastination, putting off the thing I wanted to do was the thing I needed to write about.
The conversation I had with a friend made me realize that the process I used to stop procrastinating and start producing, literally changed my life and his too. And that’s when I knew I had it within me to write the book and share what I knew. As a matter of fact, I felt it was my responsibility to write that book. If I could help one person then I was doing something good in life by transforming others.
The book isn’t perfect, but I knew that I could always go back and edit it and improve it. It was important for me to follow through and do it.
The formula above is the exact one I used to get that book done and up on Amazon.

When you live with limiting beliefs, the story you are telling yourself is that you aren’t good enough, that you don’t have what it takes to reach your goal and that you just can’t do the thing.
You have to re-write your story and frame it so you can change your mindset to start working towards the life you have been wanting but have kept away at arm’s length. There’s no reason to live in that negative story and live a life of being stuck. Unless of course you really enjoy being stuck there. But you have the option to break through to a new story of your life and get on to where you want to be.
I wish you amazing success!
